01 / Our home at the source

From Raub.
With nature.

Raub · Pahang · Malaysia

Our plant. A forested horizon.
A distinctly Malaysian story.

The AQUATOR plant is located in Raub, Pahang, at the foothills of Mount Benom. This is the home of our source story: a landscape of wooded slopes, tropical rain and the quiet passage of water through the earth.

Mount Benom rises above a region of remarkable forest diversity. Lowland and hill dipterocarp forests give way to submontane woodland, with oak-laurel and mossy vegetation higher on the mountain. It is this layered natural setting that inspires AQUATOR.

Our promise is simple: Bottled At Source. Keep the connection between the water and its place of origin at the heart of the brand.

An ancient rainforest heritage

Millions of years.
A living heritage.

Beyond the foothills is a world of green upon green: tall forest crowns, climbing vines, broad leaves and fern-filled undergrowth. In the cooler, shaded reaches of the Benom landscape, moss softens branches and stones as the forest changes with altitude.

These forests belong to Southeast Asia’s ancient tropical rainforest heritage. The dipterocarp trees that define so much of the region have an evolutionary story stretching back millions of years—a living connection to a much older earth.

The Mount Benom landscape

A forest in many layers.

01

The canopy

Dipterocarp trees, including meranti relatives, rise above the lower forest. Their crowns form a layered green roof, while figs, climbers and epiphytes add texture through the woodland.

02

The undergrowth

Below the canopy, leaves filter the light into softer patches. Ferns occupy damp, shaded niches; in cooler upper-hill settings, mosses become more conspicuous on trunks, stones and the forest floor.

03

The wooded slopes

As elevation increases, hill forest transitions towards submontane dipterocarps and then oak-laurel woodland. Rain, soil and terrain connect these habitats to the wider story of water in the landscape.

Regional forest context, not an inventory of the plant grounds. “Millions of years” describes rainforest evolutionary heritage, not a measured age of the current forest at our site. Read our background sources ↗

02 / Understanding the water beneath us

The story
beneath the surface.

An aquifer is a body of water-bearing rock or sediment. Groundwater occupies its connected pores and fractures—not a vast, empty underground lake.

Our illustration explains a possible source-to-plant journey in a forested foothill setting. It is an educational concept for the Raub plant story, not a surveyed cross-section.

Illustrative aquifer cross-section: rain infiltrates forest soil into connected water-filled fractures below the water table; a source borehole connects conceptually to the bottling plant. Not a surveyed site drawing.

  1. 01

    Rain falls

Rain reaches the canopy and ground. Some returns to the air or flows over the surface; some can soak into the soil.

  2. 02

    Water infiltrates

Water moves downward through permeable soil and weathered rock. Part of this journey can replenish groundwater.

  3. 03

    The aquifer stores

Below the water table, connected pores and rock fractures hold and transmit groundwater. Local geology controls how it moves.

  4. 04

    A borehole accesses

A properly designed borehole can access a water-bearing zone. Its depth, construction and yield must be established for the actual site.

  5. 05

    Source to bottle

The final connection represents the source-to-bottling concept. AQUATOR’s detailed process and quality information will accompany launch documentation.

A clear picture. Honest detail.

The drawing does not establish the plant’s aquifer depth, rock sequence, recharge rate, mineral composition or artesian conditions. Those require site-specific hydrogeological and water-quality evidence. Natural movement through rock alone is not a guarantee of drinking-water safety.

Preparing for launch
Where is the AQUATOR plant?

The AQUATOR plant is in Raub, Pahang, Malaysia, at the foothills of Mount Benom. Our source story celebrates the surrounding region’s forested landscape and tropical rainforest heritage.

What does “Untouched By Human” mean?

It is AQUATOR’s brand promise for a source-to-bottle approach without direct human contact with the water. Detailed production and quality information will be shared with launch documentation; the tagline is not a laboratory certification.

Does the drawing show the actual plant aquifer?

It explains the general principles of recharge, groundwater storage and a borehole-to-plant connection. It is not a measured geological section. The actual aquifer and well design require site-specific survey information.

Can I order AQUATOR today?

Not yet through this website. This site introduces the brand, source narrative and bottle concept. Ordering and distribution information will be added when available.

How can my business partner with AQUATOR?

Our hospitality programme is in development. Partnership contact details will be published here when available. No enquiries are collected through this site at present.
